I learned about the work of british photographer Edmund Clark while reading Lens Culture, describing his intriguing photo assay “Home from Guantanamo” where he photographs locations and details of prison camps at Guantanamo Bay and then later he photographs the homes of some detainees while they have returned home. As interesting the topic is, when you visit his website you will find more photo series with also very interesting topics, and in all cases the quality of the photography is as good as the subject is interesting.
