I referred to the excelent work of Muge a while ago. Now his series “Go Home” are complete, picturing his hometown, around the China”s Yangtze river.
This is a city in China, Chongquin, in the Three Gorges area in China, the area where the biggest hydro-electric dam in the world was finished in 2008. This is an area that has experienced rapid change in the last years. Because of that, Muge’s work has become both an artistic representation of the present and a memory of what it was in the past.
