This reminds me quite strongly of the work of a Seattle photographer (can’t remember his name) who’d take photos through rainy windshields while on deliveries. If I find out who it was, I’ll link him…

I found him; his name is Kevin Schlosser and he created a small series called Rainy Lens. I heard of him in this article on the Landscapist…
He’s not a professional, or a full-time photographer.
