I''m writing a paper for my media ethics class on the legal implications of photographers and the dead. I''ve been doing research on a case which consisted of a young boy being shot and photographers taking pictures of him to release without the consent of the school or his family. Is there any information that you could give me that would help me with my research? If so, it would be really helpful.

I wanna know is there a law against non-consential photography of a minor, but not to be confused with any lude acts. Meaning taking photos of a child walking down the street and someone taking photos of supposed trying to build a case, but with no evident of the case they are trying to build obtained in any of the photos. Reason being asked a friend of mines child has had photos with out her mothers consent or even the child even knowing about it. This is being done by a neighborhood female that is taking the photos.
